BRAILLE WRITING FRAME DONATION:.

A donation ceremony of Braille Writing Frame for the Blind Schools in Myanmar was held on 18th March, 2006 at 10: A.M, Sponsored by JICA EX. Participant Alumni (Myanmar) at the Sakura Hotel. The Yangon Education Centre for the Blind received (65) frames and Myitkyina Education Centre for the Blind received (60) frames. We are very grateful to JICA EX- Participant Alumni (Myanmar).

YEC ANNUAL SPORT:.

Yangon Education Centre for the blind held its 2nd Annual Sports on January 4th, 2006 in the school compound. First, the General secretary of MCFB, Sayagyi U TheinLwin gave an opening speech and opened the event. Mrs. Ruth Gibson, Daw Amy San Dun, Saw Eh Say, Saw Thadah Wah Saya Cho and family, Daw Tin Kyi were donors for the sporting event. After the event, a debate was held for students with the heading �The male students are more capable for the development of the school than the female students.

SPONSORSHIP FOR EDUCATION:

Ma Nar Kar Ti was born on 4th October, 1994 .Her parents are U Law Aye and Daw Nar Tu from Nan Pan Village .Mine Pyat Township. She is the eldest among (3) offspring, and was born blind. They are Lahu tribe .Her mother is a widow and earning for her living by hill- side cultivation. Na Kar Ti is studying in grade (3) for this academic year. We look donors who can sponsored for her education in future.

DONATION CEREMONY ON WELL-WISHER'S BIRTHDAY:

The wife of the Minister of Home Affairs Ministry, Dr. Daw Nyunt Nyunt Oo and friends came and donate Dinner on her Birthday on 8.3.06. Dr Daw Nyunt Nyunt Oo explained about the Donation. The students then entertained with songs and music to the Well-Wishers.
 

Sayagyi U Thein Lwin, General Secretary of MCFB was ordained by SSKBMS on 5th February, 2006. The programme was held in Precious Grace Baptist Church (MCFB)
 

The Myitkyina Education Center for the Blind is going to celebrate it�s 25th Year of Jubilee on October2006,Which was established in 1981. The Silver Jubilee of the School will be held on a grapnel scale. A documentary film and a magazines will be publish in commemoration of the Silver Jubilee and two storied new school building�s foundation will be laid. The well-wishers and donors can contact MCFB's office to contribute toward the cause.
 

We do construct �Agape Workshop and Training Centre�for the Blind in 2006, January, which can provide job placements for (150) workers and (25) trainees. The construction cost for this Centre will be Eighty Five Thousand US Dollars. Hence we need your donation and prayers with awesome love. This is a token of love gift for your great concentration to the least of the brethren.

JAPANESE MASSAGE.

As a programme of Job Placement for the blind we have academic and vocational trainings and massage is also one of the trainings.
This training is not an ordinary one. The Principal of Kyu Shu Massage Co.Ltd himself came and gave the trainings in the Japanese style of Massage.
If your limbs and muscles are weary and aching, our Centre can help you by massage for relief.
